A Week in the Life of Sue

Match each statement (1)-(4) with a graph you supply. In your graphs, "t" will denote time since Sue left her dorm for classes, and "d" will denote her distance from her dorm.

(1) "On Monday, Sue left for her Biology class, arrived on-time, and returned to her dorm room after the class."

(2) "On Tuesday, Sue left her dorm for her History class. Unfortunately, although it was a longer walk, she didn't leave herself any more time to get to class than on Monday. However, by walking very quickly, she arrived on time. After the class she returned to her room."

(3) "On Wednesday, Sue left her dorm in the morning for her Biology class again. After class, on her way back to her room, she met Tom and talked to him for a while, before returning to her room."

(4) "On Thursday morning, Sue left her dorm room for her Geology class, which was a very short walk from her dorm. After class she returned to her dorm. She then took a break by going on a nice bike ride, after which she returned to her room do her homework."
